is that my launcher is giving this error and it appearing when I open it = "(invalid floating point operation)," then I can not start in the launcher or the DirectX 10 does not work
plz help me?

Have you tried to re-download?
Maybe the 99nos's server is under maintenance or it is closed.
This is my supposition, i'm not sure.

I agree with Diedarrow, try reinstalling the game, tell us if the problem persists even.

but on my other computer works fine except that in this my other computer that is giving this error "(invalid floating point operation)," already downloaded the game again, formatted and still the same error = (, but does it have to do why I changed the ip unintentionally? Internet gets more normal! and I play 99nos

Nope, isn't for the change of ip.
Maybe the game is closed or under maintenance, or you don't have installed all the file
